Abstract :
Information technology integrated into instruction is a current trend. This study presents a "Dynamic Learning System" that focus on elementary school mathematics. The Dynamic Learning System is equipped with multimedia contents allowing students to manipulate interactively and nonlinearly. According to the experiment conducted on seventy-two fourth-grade students, the low-achievement group achieved significant progress in the achievement test scores. On the other hand, the study showed that the Dynamic Learning System could attract and help students to learn, especially the low-achievement group. Finally, students held positive responses regarding this computer assisted learning system.
