  • Abstract
    Extremely compact 1.31-1.55 /spl mu/m phased array duplexers have been designed and fabricated on InP with size as small as 0.5/spl times/0.2 mm/sup 2/. Crosstalk down to -30 dB over 100 nm are demonstrated.
