Abstract :
Focusing on the special technology requirements of large-scale heat treatment resistance furnace, a increment adaptive predicting compensation controller and limit amplitude output combination control strategy is provided in this article, which can solve the problems in temperature control such as large-time delay, heating nonhomogeneity in temperature field and so on. To meet different technology demands and to reduce cost, a way with the software configuration KING 6.03 is provided in this article.
