Abstract :
Web service is a new application model for the data and service integration on the web. Due to insufficient semantic information, dynamic services discovering is difficult to accomplish. Thus, a new discovery method based on concept reasoning is presented, which utilizes the automatic reasoning capability of OWL to construct concept hierarchy and then encodes them for transforming the complex deduction of concepts subsume relationship into simple numerical computation. The definition of concepts related service hierarchy is outlined and the algorithm of constructing service hierarchy is proposed under the discovery model which can respond to service requests in less time and achieve the better precision rate of service matching than the current other methods.
