  • Abstract
    Sources of noise in varactor frequency multipliers are considered. For an example varactor circuit it is demonstrated that FM and AM noise can be decreased by making the excitating signal spectrum better, by accuracy of circuit elements and by choice of the regime of the varactor frequency multiplier.
