Abstract :
Because of there being massive complex and unknown nonlinear systems in practice, and being difficulty to obtain their precise mathematical modes, there were very difficulty to use conventional feedback linearization method to design nonlinear control systems. Powerful support was provided for identification and modeling of nonlinear systems along with Artificial Neural Network (ANN) theories being deep researched. Basis on characteristics of nonlinear approach and adaptive study and massively parallel operation of ANN and so on, one approach was gotten to implement nonlinear feedback linearization. Basic principle foundation being analysis to convention feedback linearization in the article, nonlinear feedback linearization control structure scheme was designed based on ANN models via designed two forwardfeed ANN models with 3-layers structures and the approximate controller based on NARMA-L2 model., and simulation researches were done. The simulation results show that, designed the ANN modes and the corresponding control structure scheme are reasonable and feasible, and obtain good control effects, and has the certain versatility.
