After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of information technology, already existing management thought, mode and method do not meet the needs of new era. So the climax improved of managing has been raised and these changes have certain contacts with informationization. Then we needs to study the information-based impact on management innovation of enterprises and make enterprises informatization play the function of "promotes and improves" in management field. On the basis of explaining the basic conception of enterprise\´s informationization, management innovation and BPR, This text studied the function mechanism to the management innovation of enterprise\´s informationization regarding BPR as the breakthrough point, define the relation between the two and put forward the information tactics based on the management innovation.
