  • Abstract
The effect of jamming on multiuser transmission in MIMO Gaussian multiple access and broadcast channels is analyzed. A malicious jammer seeks to impair communication in a multiuser channel by injecting a spatially-correlated Gaussian interference signal. Full channel state information (CSI) is assumed, but the jammer has no knowledge of the users´ signals. In the broadcast channel, a worst-case throughput (sum rate) is obtained as the Nash equilibrium of a certain strictly competitive game; in the multiple access channel, a general weighted sum-rate is similarly considered. Certain properties of the Nash equilibria of each game are developed.
