Abstract :
With the rapid process of industrialization, the energy crisis deserves much concern. There is the tendency that the solar-powered water heater enters more families. But the waste of the water resources appears in the process of water feeding. Therefore, the design of water monitor meter is the key to solve the problem, which is convenient and inexpensive and enables to save water and energy.
