Abstract :
In this paper, we focus on deriving tighter non-asymptotic lower bounds for SISO systems on correlated regular fading channels. We derive an asymptotically tight SISO lower bound, as well as a tighter SISO lower bound on low SNR regions. The lower bound on constant amplitude modulation scheme is also considered.
