Abstract :
Software for automated collection and analysis of results of radio-electronic devices during mass production control has been developed. By means of this software tasks of building databases of measured parameters with attributes characterizing the device and measurement process are solved. Gathered data array are analyzed with help of contained in a software instruments for quality control in compliance with standard ISO part ldquostatic methodsrdquo. The example of applying software in real production conditions is given.
