Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce a new construction of optimal or almost optimal ZCZ sequence sets of size N and length LN based on interleaving N length-L perfect sequences. As our key contributions, a new construction of such optimal or almost optimal shift sequences, for 1Ltd=gcd(L,N)LtN and gcd(L, N/d)=1, our constructed shift sequences lead to almost optimal ZCZ sequence sets of size N and length LN if length-L perfect sequence and NtimesN orthogonal matrix exist.
