Abstract
Investigation of error-rate performance of available radio short-range navigation systems in conditions of multipath channel and investigation of ability to increase channel capacity at the expense of using phase modulated signals with older systems compatibility are described in this paper. Multipath propagation is the most essential for quality of receiving informational signal in point-point mode. Presence of several ways of propagation brings to interference of different rays at the receiving point.
