Abstract :
A demonstration of a THz free space transmitter/receiver link using only 2 quantum well semiconductor devices is described. A GaAs/AlGaAs QCL operating at 3.8 THz was used to transmit music to a GaAs/AlGaAs QW detector through an air pah of 2 meters.
