Abstract :
We have investigated the influence of the time mode of cooling, electric field and electroconductivity on the thermal hysteresis in capacitor structures based on ceramics Ba0.55Sr0,45TiO3 with 12 wt.% magnesium-containing supplements. Different mechanisms of the appearance of thermal hysteresis are discussed.
