With the industrial development, fertilizer industry policy is constantly adjusted, and such adjustment must have its value orientation. At present, when it has been clear that fertilizer price forms a market-oriented reform, in this paper, the author probes into the current situation of preferential policy of Chinese fertilizer industry, current policy adjustment background and policy adjustment orientation in the next step, etc., and expects to benefit this industry and relevant enterprises.
