Abstract :
This paper offers a method that allows to detect harmonics sources in distribution systems and their contributions to the common distortion of quality of a voltage of a network to a point of the common connection (PCC). The method is based on the allocation of the abnormal current in converter components and the definition of offered formulas for individual shares in common distortion of quality of a PCC voltage. This method can Le used for measurements in working network and calculations in projected system. The validity of this theory can be shown in various mathematical models of the power line, and in this paper, the theory is verified by computer simulation for simple typical model of a network. Measurement system using PC serial connection is made and preliminary tested.
