Abstract
In this paper experimental results on sectional ultrasonic irradiator (USI), which is implemented on several piezoplates located parallel to each other on lateral surface of cylindrical body, are presented. It is shown that with section number increase from 1 up to 4, uniformity of irradiation intensity across USI sharply increases. The further increase in number of sections increases the uniformity more poorly. It is noted, that six-section USI provides fluctuation of intensity across radiator only on 10-15 %.
