Abstract :
Moving software online yields dramatic changes in user productivity and collaboration. Online, the individual productivity and limited collaboration typified by desktop applications are replaced by group productivity and expansive collaboration. The author examines this shift, explains the corresponding concepts and capabilities of the online world, and offers in-depth commentary on a specific online application, Zoho Notebook.
