Abstract :
A GaAs Operational Transconductance Amplifier IC with a bandwidth of over 1 GHz has been designed and fabricated, for use in active OTA-C filter designs at radio frequencies. The design uses a Gilbert cell tunable transconductor and a new MESFET current mirror structure, and has been fabricated using a commercial 0.5 μm MMIC process
