  • Abstract
    Control system of supervelocity laser sub marker machine not only need be able to carry on the linkage control of multi-coordinate axes, but also must guarantee the high feeding speed of multi-axes linkage and high accuracy of trajectory control, which are much more important. In view of motion control system of high speed precise laser sub-marker machine, a kind of high speed trajectory control technology is introduced in this paper. Its core is desired motion path is produced by high frequency and high resolution sampling interpolation. Trajectory calculation of interpolation is processed on a basis of parameterized model and on a guide of origin of model coordinates. Thus cumulative error is eliminated and speed and precision of interpolation calculation are guaranteed effectively. The servo feed is driven by linear motor. Several key performances of numerical control system such as highest traveling speed, tracking speed and position accuracy are guaranteed by its dynamic and static characteristics. High feeding speed and acceleration are obtained by the whole system while trajectory control plan of multi-axes high speed linkage is adopted. And demands of high speed and high precision of laser sub-marker are met.
