Abstract
Owing to SC-FDE (single carrier with frequency domain equalization) systems perform equalization in frequency domain, carrier frequency synchronization and timing synchronization are the most important preconditions. A novel synchronization method is proposed in this paper, which adopts new structure of training symbols and new calculation method. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method has good estimation performance over time-variant fading channels.
