Abstract :
Currently there is no ITS application tailored to the need of mobile users. This paper provides a pioneering work in mobile ITS which intends to address the competency framework of a mobile ITS. The competency framework includes the mobile device identification, users device preference adaptation, content adaptation, and user model adaptation.
