Abstract
The author describes the experience of two children using learning programs on a computer in a public library in 1989. The author then outlines a scenario for 2003 where a laboratory conducts a global experiment in highly interactive tutorial learning, through the use of the computer, to determine if this method should be widely employed. The author then describes a future scenario for 2020 where te use of voice activated computers are used for interactive learning in an Indian town.
