Abstract :
The circuit of a wave port terminator in transistor level CMOS technology suitable for IC implementation is presented. The circuit is used as a fundamental building block for deriving various structures of simulated current mode filters. The way of designing modular grounded capacitor filters is described. A compensation technique for extending the frequency range of operation is included. An example of low-pass filters of 5 MHz cut-off frequency is given
