Abstract :
The RF multi-function test system (RFMTS) was developed to address a wide variety of RF test demands and targeted at radically reducing test times. Practical interfacing and software are what make this system a viable and practical tool in a manufacturing and/or depot environment. This paper focuses on the software architecture and tools developed to allow the extensive capabilities of the hardware to be readily applied to meet a comprehensive set of test requirements.
