Abstract :
In this paper results obtained during multidomain simulations of MEFS structure are presented. Simulations were prepared and performed as a part of scientific effort, which was put while designing and developing the first Polish MEFS system. The structure should fulfil several requirements, among which structure simplicity and short separation time are the most crucial ones. Simulations allowed to predict that the structure is incapable to separate two compounds, which have similar electrophoretic mobilities
