Abstract :
Transportation system become more and more intelligent, and a new need of communication emerge. In order to share information collected by embedded sensors and join together more and more information. We can distinguish two kings of links, vehicles to vehicles V2V link and vehicles to infrastructure V2I. These vehicles will share different kinds of information with different priority, and different level of importance (security related or multimedia messages). Therefore the main constraints to develop an inter-vehicles communication system are data reliability and high data flow. This paper focus on developing new communications technique based on UWB technologies, associated to a new coding technique that offers high data rate and good performances in term of BER (bit error rate). This technique proposes to establish communication link between vehicles or between vehicles and infrastructures with a high reliability to transmit security related information and a high data flow to exchange multimedia data. The performances, in term of BER against SNR, of this technique will be presented and a solution to.
