Abstract :
This paper presents a novel spectral mode splitting scheme that manipulate optical spectrum of high-speed optical signal. Basic concepts and some novel applications using this scheme are discussed. Experimental evaluation of the application such as automatic chromatic dispersion compensation and confirmed sufficient sensitivity and sign detection without any dithering technique are discussed.
