Abstract :
In this paper the work on the analogue components library in CMOS 0.35 mum technology is presented. First part consists of a few operational amplifiers (opamp) with different parameters. The electro-thermal simulator was used in this project, which allows to shape a frequency response of the opamps in various cooling conditions. Second part shows research that verifies proper operation of the DUET simulator and motivate its usefulness during presented projects
