Abstract :
With the rocketing development of transport in China, the frequency of traffic accidents each year shows a growing trend. Therefore, Certification and Accreditation Committee in 2003 promulgated GB14166-2003 "regulations for adult occupants of motor vehicle using safety belts and restraint systems", in which specific demands on car locking seat belts are explicitly listed. In this paper, the auto simulates the states of running cars by means of servo motors, PLC and SCM traffic control devices to test and evaluate of the performance of the emergency locking seat belt through locking retractors\´ test, determining whether the seat belt is compliant.
