Abstract :
According to the reform of solid tire curing system in a military industry enterprise, the concrete realization scheme of the solid tire curing system ,which is based on the characteristics of nonlinear property, time-varying and pure hysteresis of control object in the solid tire curing process of pot-type vulcanization machine, is designed to precisely control the curing condition of pot-type vulcanization machine automatically. The host computer adopts industry control computer of Advantech, software of supervisory and Management adopts the configuration software of MCGS, and the hypostasis computer adopts Siemens S7-200 to complete concrete control. The paper adopts the equivalent Vulcanization mode instead of the previous timing curing mode and designs Fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm combining the advantage of digital PID and fuzzy control theory. The practical production proves that the temperature control accuracy is ±°C (0-160°C) and the control precision of vapor pressure is ±0.02Mpa. The precision of all control parameters meet design requirements and the economic benefit is greatly improved.
