Abstract :
Multilayered neural networks are applied to many problems. These networks need many learning iterations and can not directly handle the time sequence signals. In this paper the authors propose the backpropagation network (BPD) with time delay elements in the feedback. The backpropagation network described does not need as many learning iterations and is usable as a nonlinear filter.
