Abstract
Corporate blogging is a new one-to-one communication method that increases company´s transparency, and customer feedback and trust. The purpose of this paper is to present a solution to embed a corporate blogging system in the customer relationship management systems. Our blogging system categorizes the comments and entries based on automatically detected meta-data, and each of the comments of the proposed categories enters the appropriate functions of the CRM. This close integration provides higher efficiency and effectiveness to the corporation.
