Abstract :
The paper uses social economic scenario analysis method which combines economic cycle theory to redefine the relationship among system innovation, technological innovation and economic development based on defects of North ldquoSystem Determinismrdquo in order to reveal that the progressiveness and evolution of economic cycle has a close correlation with the dynamic development of this triangle relationship.
