High performance universal test system for pressure vessel sealing property

Abstract :
Based on a general control plan, from 0.1MPa to 45MPa of pressure resistance value, the various pressure vessel´s sealing property examination was completed with high intellectualization; the real-time display , the storage of data acquisition, as well as curve analysis were fulfilled. Using the micro motor and the encoder in the system, the high pressure hand operated valve has successfully transformed into electrically controlled regulating valve, and the automation control to gas flow was realized very well in the high pressure system and supper high pressure system, the highest working pressure value has reached to 45MPa, the speed response time has amounted to 0.1 second. The system has been applied in a space equipment manufacturer to test various pressure vessels´ seal performance, and four kinds of pressure vessel with different resistance value were tested simultaneously, the working efficiency has enhanced 400%, the precision has reached above 0.5%.
