Abstract :
We present in this paper simulation results obtained with FDTD method of various photonic components configurated in bandgap structures (photonic crystals). We simulated Y-junctions splitters, bend waveguides, tapered waveguides in a photonic crystals optimised for 460 nm wavelength. The results obtained in this article will be used for the development of more complex photonic circuits with variuos applications in sensing and optical signal processing.
