Abstract
Based on analyzing the household appliance delivery and the requirement of the customers, combining GIS technique and heuristic algorithm, the urban household appliance delivery logistic information system is studied and developed. It has realized collection of t he geographic data and optimization of the delivery route, and by map and report form it provides the plan to the user, shortening decision making time and promoting the scientific of logistics management. It is an advantageous in the enhancement of the household appliance retail chain allocation efficiency, and it also reduces the enterprise of the transportation cost. Furthermore, introduces the integration structure designing and the function modules designing of the system in detail, elaborates on key technology of its implementation and finally verifies its feasibility and practicality through an empirical study on the household appliance distribution process in Tianjin.
