Abstract
In this paper a comparative study of the behavior of flipped voltage follower based current mirror structures which are capable for operating in a low-voltage environment is performed. For this purpose, important quality factors such as the current tracking error, the maximum frequency of operation, and the linear performance, are considered. A comparison has been performed by employing PSpice simulator and the obtained results are in depth discussed in order to obtain the optimum choice according to the requirements of each application.
