Abstract :
Owing to the limitation of the studies on evaluating the technological innovation efficiency, this paper figures out the importance of transverse comparative study on evaluating the technological innovation efficiency in Chinese industries. According to the basic data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises by 37 industries in China, this paper reckons the value of technological innovation efficiency in Chinese industries based on the weights of the indicators through the factor analysis. Furthermore this paper discusses the influence of some key factors on technological innovation efficiency in Chinese industries and puts forward some corresponding policy countermeasures.
