  • Abstract
    Based on image processing techniques, A safe and applicable video monitoring device is provided. By using this device, the vision problem is solved for tower operator. The paper provided An Improved Camshift tracking algorithm, this algorithm that Combined with shape and color solved the color interference problems in the complex construction site, and improved the efficiency of tracking algorithm. The experiments show that the effect of tracking can achieve the requirements of practical engineering.
