Abstract
With the help of DEMATEL method and cross-reinforced matrix method, this paper firstly makes some improvements to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and then provides a hierarchical model for member selection of telework teams, finally designs a fuzzy management experiment of member selection under the network environment. The modified AHP is used to determine the weights of selection criteria, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess the suitability of experimental candidates. The improved method can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and scientificalness of member selection of telework teams.
