Abstract :
In cooperative partner selection problem, many uncertain factors such as flexibility and quality affect the result. In order to select optimal partner, many people use AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method to evaluate alternatives. The traditional AHP method canpsilat adequately deal with uncertain problem and canpsilat reflect the fuzziness of human judgment. In this paper, TFN (triangular fuzzy number) -AHP method combined traditional AHP with fuzzy set theory to overcome above shortcomings. It can provide the relative importance of all factors which should be considered by decision makers. At the same time, it can quantitatively evaluate the alternatives so that decision maker can choose the optimal as the cooperative partner.
