Abstract :
A low-loss surface acoustic wave filter at 45 MHz and 1 MHz bandwidth using a resonator with a reflector multistrip coupler (RMSC) and 128° Y-cut X LiNbO3 as a piezoelectric substrate has been developed for communication applications. Some design techniques as well as comparative responses are described. A new package in the SAW filter housing is also shown. Finally, possible applications and future developments are overviewed
