Abstract :
This paper introduces a design method of the Material Location-Measuring Device Based on the Loading Transducer. Referring to the principles of the electronic scale, this device transforms the weight of material into the height through calculation, thus achieving the goal of measuring the material location. The part of the hardware includes strain resistance, signal detecting circuit, data acquisition and processing system, etc. The design has introduced the nonlinear processing method in data processing. The paper has discussed and solved the problem that caused by nonlinear during the process of signal measurement, and it also provides the error analysis that caused in the nonlinear treatment process, having higher practical value in the practical application.
