Abstract
For more than 20 years of development, there is a certain scale on college continuing education in China, but management model is mixed, and lack of scientific. We point out some shortcomings of common model. According to managerial experience in many years, we come up with an improved management model about large scale continuing education, describing the function of multiple roles and their relationship, users can properly adjust the role of the function.
