Abstract :
With the development of wireless communication technique, intelligent agent technique is becoming a new researching direction in mobile communication fields. At the same time, mobile peer-to-peer technique gains more and more attention, because it could level the difference between mobile clients and servers. As intelligent agent technique was proved to be an effective means to administer mobile peer-to-peer network in mobile communication fields, it seems logical to combine the benefits of both worlds. This paper discusses how to use intelligent agent to setup a mobile peer-to-peer network and search the resources in the mobile peer-to-peer network. The experimental results show that using intelligent agent technique in the MP2P network has better efficiency than traditional administrative technique.
