Abstract :
Jinan is well-known by its springs. Daming Lake is the most important landscape lake in Jinan. But with the developing of economy, there are more and more waste water letting into this lake, which made it eutrophicated. This paper brought forward a method to assess the dynamic function of water quality. It brought index weight into Markov chain. The application in Daming Lake gets a comparative good result.
