Abstract
ZnO nano-flowers were prepared by low temperature solution-phase method. Four different anodes were prepared on FTO through doctor-blade method. Surface morphology of thin films ,absorption spectrum after adsorbing dye were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, UV-visible spectrophotometer. The photovoltaic performance of DSSC solar cells was investigated by XJCM-8S DSSC solar cells testing instrument.The results show that the conversion efficiency of DSSC whose anode was ZnO/TiO2 composite films was higher than others.
