Abstract :
According to the logical relations of the 11 interactive safety factors of the Petrochemical Dock system, we used the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method of system engineering to analyze the relationships among these factors. Based on the deeply analysis, a multi-level stratum structure model that the influence to the safety factors of a petrochemical Dock´s system was established. In the model, these factors were 4 grades. The most advanced class was security management. The second-class included the technology and equipments of dock handling, the rear reservoir tank layout, transportation equipments, supply-distribution facilities, and public support facilities. The third-class included the dock building layout and channel water conditions. The basic-class covered meteorological and hydrological conditions, geological conditions and building structures around the location. Following analyzing to the model, we expressed the factors of vertical and horizontal relationships. The extent to which every factor influenced the safety levels of the Petrochemical Dock system was further understood. So it could provide a theoretical reference for the Petrochemical Dock system in safety plan, design and construction scientifically.
